Located on High Terrace, just a two-minute walk from New Quay’s restaurants and beaches, the house sits on a quiet access-only road with beautiful sea views.

The terraced garden at the rear offers breathtaking sea views, a barbecue area, and a private suntrap with plenty of seating—perfect for dining outdoors. Fairy lights create a magical atmosphere in the evenings, and a warm outdoor shower makes post-beach clean-ups effortless, especially for four-legged friends, well-behaved pets are always welcome.
