No. 4 High Terrace is a beautifully restored Georgian Grade II listed cottage in the heart of New Quay, just a stone’s throw from the beach and harbour. With its own private wood fired hot tub, indoor sauna and outside waterfall shower providing a unique personal spa experience. With stunning sea views, this characterful home blends historic charm with modern comfort, offering a relaxed retreat for families, couples, and small groups alike.

The Space

Brimming with original features, our spacious home has been thoughtfully refurbished to a high standard, comfortably sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms. The interiors blend vintage designer pieces with a practical, fuss-free approach, ideal for relaxed coastal living.

Located on High Terrace, just a two-minute walk from New Quay’s restaurants and beaches, the house sits on a quiet access-only road with beautiful sea views.

Outdoor Living

The wood fired Skargards hot tub sits in complete privacy, right beside the outdoor waterfall shower, ideal for warming up after a soak or rinsing off after the beach. We also have a sauna, lovely with eucalyptus perfect for a proper spa evening.

The terraced garden to the rear offers breathtaking sea views, a barbecue area and private sun trap with plenty of seating, perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors. Fairy lights bring a magical feel once the sun goes down.

Well behaved dogs are always welcome and the outdoor shower makes post-beach clean ups effortless.
